Cancellation Policy – Mind Over Matter Studio

At Mind Over Matter Studio, we understand that life happens! To ensure fairness to all clients and respect for the instructor’s time, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before class will not be charged.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class will be subject to the full class fee.

Makeup classes are offered at the instructor’s discretion and are not guaranteed. If you need to reschedule due to an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
